The Problem

You shouldn't have to choose between credible and flexible.

Option one

The kitchen table

Free — but you can't host a prime there, and the only networking is with the refrigerator.

Option two

The five-year lease

Credible — until a stop-work order meets a lease that outlives the contract. Build-out costs, furniture, and no way out.

Option three

Generic coworking

Flexible — but nobody in the room knows what a recompete is, and the events aren't for your industry.

The Real Difference

Everywhere else, you rent square footage. Here, the rent includes access to the market you sell into.

Peers who are primes and subs. On-site accounting, capture, cyber, HR, and talent partners you can hire by walking down the hall. Speaker events that put the industry in your building every month. That's not an amenity list — it's a BD budget disguised as rent.

The SevaSpaces Answer

All three, under one roof.

SevaSpaces is the only locally-owned coworking space built around the GovCon community — the space, the people, and the expertise, without the lease.

1

A real office, tomorrow

Furnished, lockable, fiber-ready private offices. Sign today, host clients this week. From $800/month, month-to-month.

2

A room full of your industry

Regular speaker events with GovCon leaders, and a community of primes, subs, and partners. BD happens at the coffee machine here.

3

Experts down the hall

Accounting, capture, IT & cyber, HR, payroll, pricing, talent — vetted partners co-located in the building, available when you need them.

Questions

The things people ask on tours.

Is coworking professional enough for my clients and primes?

Private, lockable offices with frosted glass, conference rooms for 4–30, and dedicated event support. Both locations are designed to impress — members regularly host primes and agency visitors here.

What if I need to cancel?

Every membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time. Billing is monthly and pro-rated on start. If a contract ends or a stop-work hits, your office costs end with it.

What's parking like in Tysons and Fairfax?

Free covered and surface parking at both locations, for members and their guests. Assigned spots are available for a fee. Tysons is also a short walk from the Metro.

We're not in GovCon — is this still for us?

Yes. The GovCon community is our anchor, but corporate teams, small businesses, and event clients are fully welcome and well served.

Will I actually get a conference room when I need one?

All memberships include meeting-room credits, and Community Plus adds four hours a month. With rooms for 4–30 people across both locations, availability is rarely an issue.

Can I use SevaSpaces as my business address — including for SAM.gov?

Members use SevaSpaces as their business address, and our community team handles mail and packages — Virtual Office plans start at $75/month. Many members list it for their business registrations; bring your specific setup (SAM.gov, CAGE code, state registration) to your tour and we'll walk through exactly how other members handle it.

Is this the cheapest option in Northern Virginia?

Honestly, no — a hot desk at a big chain can cost less. But none of them come with free parking, conference-room credits, a GovCon community, and vetted experts down the hall — and none are locally owned. We compete on what a workspace earns you, not on being the cheapest seat in the region.

"SevaSpaces is an ecosystem of companies and experts who can help businesses thrive. Whether you become a member or work for the day, I look forward to seeing you and learning more about your business."
